General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts between KDN Media GmbH and customers regarding marketing services, software solutions, and online courses.
2. Services
We offer strategic marketing programs, our proprietary software tools (Analytics, Automate, Content AI), and practical online courses with certificates.
3. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded upon acceptance of an offer or registration for a course/software subscription.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in USD or EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is due within 14 days or in advance for subscriptions.
5. Term & Cancellation
Marketing programs have a minimum term of 6 months. Software and course subscriptions can be canceled monthly.
6. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damages.
